Lantmännen has selected the PreCom mobile solution from PocketMobile to digitalize its service flows and streamline its service processes. The new tool enables their field service engineers to work in a new and modern way.
There are times when our customers need a mobile workflow application with unique features that our existing products do not have. In such a case, PreCom can be used as the mobile platform upon which a partner builds their application. Two examples of unique PreCom use-cases are vehicle inspections and ticket inspections onboard train.
Often these use-cases have high requirements for usability and customer experience. When digitalizing a manual working process, the number of interactions must be optimized.
